Working closely with the Australian Industry Trade College (AITC) and their building designer Revolution Town Planning obtained a development permit for a material change of use for this modern educational establishment in North Ipswich. The development application was subject to impact assessment with Revolution Town Planning completing all aspects of the statutory application process including public notification.
